Automatic update does not work

We are aware of a problem where RAMMS detects that a new version is available, but the automatic updater does not recognize the new update, and cannot complete the download or installation. The issue is related to the updater’s access to our update server (only for the modules Rockfall and Extended).

As a temporary workaround, please download the latest RAMMS installer manually from our website and install it over your existing version. Your existing projects, settings, and license are not affected.
